Our Indian subsidiary needs two professional programmers in our Pune office, joining our small team of professionals.

1. Technical Lead: The candidate should have minimum educational qualification of BE / BS (Computer or Electronics and Telecommunication) / MCA / MCS with 5+ years of solid IT experience mostly in product development companies and small start-ups in related areas. Hands-on experience in design, development, implementation in C and C++ (STL, MFC, Windows API and device driver), Java / J2EE (Swing, JSP, JSF, JDBC, Servlets, Webservices, SOAP) on mainly Microsoft Windows platform. Candidate should able to lead a technical team, solve the technical problems, review code, produce technical artifacts like High level design, Low level design and have through understanding of SOA architecture. Effective communication skills(written and verbal) with strong leadership and interpersonal skills are desired.

2. Senior Java Developer: The candidate should have minimum educational qualification of BE / BS (Computer or Electronics and Telecommunication) / MCA / MCS / MSc Electronics with 3+ years of solid IT experience mostly in product development companies and small start-ups in related areas. Hands-on experience in design, development, implementation in Java / J2EE (Swing, JSP, JSF, JDBC, Servlets, Webservices, SOAP. Effective communication skills (written and verbal) are desired.
